Classic Melting Potatoes:
Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1/2-inch round
- 4 tablespoons butte
- 4 cloves garlic, mince
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thym
- Salt and pepper to tast

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan chees

Instruction
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F
