- A few slivered almonds and pistachios for garnish

2. Add the honey and continue to simmer for 2-3 minutes.

3. Strain the kahwa into cups and garnish with slivered almonds and pistachios. Serve hot.


4. Rose Chai

Ingredients:

- 2 cups water

- 1 cup milk

- 2-3 teaspoons loose black tea leaves

- 2-3 teaspoons sugar (adjust to taste)

- 1-2 teaspoons rose water

- A few dried rose petals for garnish


Instructions:

1. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add the tea leaves and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

2. Add the milk and sugar. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil and then reduce the heat. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes.

3. Add the rose water and simmer for an additional minute.
