- 1 cup boiled and mashed mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, beans)

- 1 cup bread crumbs

- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste

- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

- 1 teaspoon coriander powder

- 1 teaspoon garam masala

- 1 teaspoon red chili powder

- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

- Salt to taste

- Oil for shallow frying

1. In a bowl, mix together mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, bread crumbs, chopped onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, cumin seeds, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
