- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, bread crumbs, onion, cilantro, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
2. Divide the mixture into 8 portions and shape each portion around a skewer.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

5. In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt and garam masala.
