I'd be delighted to help you with the recipe for Sarson ka Saag. Here's the traditional recipe for this delicious Punjabi dish:

Sarson ka saag

Ingredients:

- 500g mustard greens (sarson)

- 250g spinach

- 2 green chilies, chopped

- 1 inch ginger, grated

- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 2 tomatoes, chopped

- 1 tablespoon cornmeal (makki ka atta)

- 1/2 cup water

- 1/2 cup clarified butter (ghee)

- Salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Wash the mustard greens and spinach thoroughly. Chop them finely and set aside.

2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the chopped greens. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until they are completely tender.

3. Drain the greens and let them cool. Once cooled, blend them into a coarse paste using a blender or food processor.

4. In a separate pan, heat the clarified butter (ghee) and add the chopped onions. Sauté until they turn golden brown.

5. Add the chopped tomatoes, green chilies, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the mixture is well combined.

6. Stir in the blended greens and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

7. In a small bowl, mix the cornmeal with water to make a smooth paste. Add this paste to the greens mixture and cook for another 10-12 minutes, stirring continuously.

8. Season with salt according to your taste.

9. Serve hot with makki di roti (cornmeal flatbread) and a dollop of butter.
